What is Alchemy Insider?
Alchemy Insider is our membership program, where we get to share all the things we're doing with you lovely people and where you can get points that you can then use online!
What do I get as an Alchemy Insider?
We don't want to spoil it for you all at once, but there are some treats which we can share with you:
- $10 off on your first purchase. (Minimum order $50)
- A very SPECIAL discount on your birthday - remember, we'll need your date of birth in order for you to qualify for a birthday treat - so make sure to update it - you'll see where to do so in the email!
- VIP discounts - you will get insider only discounts that wont be available to everyone else!
- Priority in line for restocks or sold out products
- Collect Alchemy Points on every purchase, feature and review to use on any future purchases.
What are Alchemy Points?
Alchemy Points are redeemable for store credits.
1 point = $1 in store.
If your account has eligible points, you'll get a unique code which you can apply on any future order.
How do I earn my Alchemy Points?
There are multiple ways to earn Alchemy Points!
1. Get 1 point for every $20 spend at House of Alchemy
2. Get 2 points for every Instagram image we feature of you
3. Get 3 points for every product review you write online
4. We may also run special promotions that get you extra points!
How long do I have to use these Alchemy Insider perks?
- Points never expire - so long as you're an Alchemy Insider, they will be connected with your account! Woohoo!
- $10 off your first purchase - valid only on your first purchase.
- Birthday Discount - valid for 21 days.
- VIP sales will all have their own expiry date
Why am I not receiving my discount at checkout?
If you are trying to use your alchemy points but it's not working, you might have:
- Used it on a previous order,
- All your points have been used up, or
- You might have entered the code incorrectly.

How do I check how many Alchemy Points I currently have?
It's easy! In our email newsletter, you'll be able to see how many Alchemy Points you currently have remaining.
What happens if I forget to use my Alchemy Points during a purchase?
Unfortunately we are not able to retrospectively use your Alchemy Points after a purchase, so make sure you remember to use your unique code when you purchase.
What happens if I refund a purchase I made using Alchemy Points?
Alchemy Points are one time use only. If you are issued a refund, unfortunately those points wont be reverted. So please use your points wisely!
I have 2 email accounts with points. Can i combine all my points into 1 account?
Yes we can do this manually for you, however we will have to verify that you are the owner of both accounts.

Terms and conditions
1. Alchemy Points may be manually or automatically applied to your account and may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
2. Alchemy Points cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these terms.
3. To claim Alchemy Points, you must be signed up to be an Alchemy Insider as your points are connected to your email.
4. You cannot transfer your Alchemy Points to any other person(s). Treat your points like money and don't give your unique code to anyone else. If your unique code is used by another person you won't be able to get those points back.
5. Your balance can be viewed in the email newsletters that go out periodically.
6. House of Alchemy reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if it appears to us (in our sole discretion) that a fraudulently or wrongfully obtained Alchemy Insider code is either redeemed or used to make purchases on our website.
7. House of Alchemy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Alchemy Insiders & point system at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of any account if, in our sole discretion, we deem such action necessary. Any Alchemy Insider account & related points shall become invalid once cancelled.
8. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including Alchemy Insider personal codes, promotions and discounts.
9. For a product review to be eligible for points, it must be published on the House of Alchemy website on the corresponding product page. Abusive language and dishonesty will not be tolerated and such reviews will be removed.
10. Reviews must be approved by House of Alchemy team (and at our discretion) before they appear on the website and to qualify for points.
11. Accounts or reviews generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible to for Alchemy Insider and will be cleared from our system. If you feel your account has been disabled wrongly, please reach out to our team.
12. By joining Alchemy Insiders, you consent to your personal information being collected by House of Alchemy for the purpose of keeping account details, sending emails and and any updates - you are able to opt out at any time.
