SHIPPING
• We ship from our Melbourne office right around the globe!
• We deliver worldwide using Australia Post
• Handling may take 1-3 business days and deliveries take approximately 3-10 business days depending on location.
• A signature is not required upon delivery and we recommend a work address if possible.
• We do not ship out on weekends or public holidays.
• Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
• In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged the administrative fee of $15 before the parcel are delivered. Please ensure that all of your details are correct prior to checkout.
• Due to checks at customs, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. If you have any enquries about your parcel, contact Australia Post with your tracking number and they should be able to assist you further. 
• During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Please allow adequate time for delivery prior to your special occasion.

• Tracked shipping is $8.30 Australia wide
• Express shipping is $12 Australia wide

• International Shipping is $20 Worldwide
• Your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for any additional charges that incur for customs clearance. House of Alchemy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
• Customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. 


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• Once your parcel is on the way, you will be emailed tracking information (if you opted for the tracked shipping option) so that you can follow up on the progress of your order. To track your order, input the tracking number on the Australia Post website to find your parcel's status. 
• Please allow 24 hours from placing your order, before trying to track it, and 10 business days before querying your order with customer service representatives at House of Alchemy

RETURNS
• We want you to LOVE your purchase so we offer a 30 day full refund return policy.
• We offer returns including exchanges on all FULL PRICED PRODUCTS if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• All jewellery must not be tried on until you are certain you are keeping them. Earrings are not refundable or exchanged as it is a health risk and will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
 
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
• Email hello@houseofalchemy.co with your name, order number & the items you wish you return.
• You will then be sent a Returns Form and receive instructions on how to return your item and if you are able to receive a credit note, exchange or refund. 
• Items purchased during promotional sales periods are able to be returned for a Credit Note to the value of your purchase. Or exchanged for a different size, providing it's available.
• Items that have been personalized will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refunds.
• Returns must be posted back within 30 days, otherwise they may be rejected.
• Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving.
• Please note orders returned after the 30 day period (even if they have NOT been collected by you from the post) are unable to be returned.

• When returning your product, please include your completed Return Form. If you do not include this paperwork, we may be unable to identify and process your return.
• We strongly advise customers outside of Australia to look into return costs prior to purchasing online for an estimated charge.
• House of Alchemy is not liable for the loss of an item being returned and we strongly recommend that you return it using registered mail.
• We cannot process your return until we receive your goods via post only. 
• We only accept items purchased through the houseofalchemy.co website. If you have purchased your goods elsewhere please contact the store in which you purchased them from for further assistance.
• Houseofalchemy.co cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside of houseofalchemy.co.
 
RETURNS CONDITIONS
• Items must be received in original condition and unworn, unused and must be in the original packaging. 
• Please note that the packaging, labels and any extra parts are considered apart of the product and must be included when returning your order.
• When returning, you must have proof of purchase or the contact details of the order which we can then search up. 
• Returns must be received within their 30 day periods.
• We do not take responsibility for the return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.
• We are unable to accept returns for a refund on all SALE items for incorrect choice, fit or change of mind.
• All sale items may be exchanged for a different size of the same style if available, otherwise a credit note with no expiry will be issued to the value of your purchase.
• We are unable to accept returns for a refund or exchange on personalized items for incorrect choice, fit or change of mind.
• We do not issue refunds or credits for gift vouchers purchased.
• Any returns that do not meet our Policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense. If you are unsure before lodging a return, please contact us first.

EXCHANGES
• Available on all full price or sale items.
• Not available on personalized pieces or gift vouchers.

CREDIT NOTE
• Available on all full price or sale items.
• Not available on personalized pieces or gift vouchers.
• Credit Notes do not have an expiry date as we want to make sure you love what you pick!

REFUNDS
• Available on full price pieces.
• Not available on sale items, personalized pieces or gift vouchers.
 
HOW YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED
• Refunds are returned using the payment method used to purchase the goods.
○ AFTER PAY - Your payment plan will be cancelled or adjusted & any applicable payments made will be returned to your account.
○ PAYPAL - The funds will be returned to your account.
○ CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - The funds will be returned to your account. Please allow a couple of days for them to reappear within your account.

FAULTY GARMENTS 
• All items are assessed before being packed up safe & sound and sent to their new home. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@houseofalchemy.co within 24 hours of receiving.
